Roasted Cheese with mojo

packsSlice the cheese in rectangular pieces of at least 1 cm thick.
Put the sliced cheese in the freezer for half an hour.
Secondly set a grilling pan on high fire mode.
Lay the sliced cheese over the grilling pan and flip it over when it turns golden-brown.
Top the cheese with the Guachinerfe dip and let it grill for another minute.
When finished serve it on a platter for immediate consumption.
